The rotary kiln for pellets in the iron and steel industry is mainly composed of rotary part, supporting part, transmission device, kiln head cover, kiln head & kiln tail seal, and combustion device. Kiln mouth guard plate and kiln tail material return spoon adopt block casting, easy to install, with high heat resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The cooling air is passed through the kiln head cold air jacket, which can evenly cool the kiln head barrel and the kiln mouth guard plate, making it more safe and reliable. The kiln head cover adopts a large volume method, and the kiln door structure is split to make the air flow more stable. The kiln head and kiln tail seals adopt radial friction labyrinth and fish scale double seal forms, with simple structure and easy maintenance.
